She was basically from Taipei, Taiwan but when she was four years old her family relocated to the US, Arcadia, California. She did her study from the University of California at San Diego in 2005 with degree in communications and also in Law and Society. Maria Ho started playing poker with friends and she found a huge interest in this game.
